Collection of Personal Information
In general Herodevs, Inc. does not collect personal identifiable information (PII) in order to provide our Services. We have designed our systems and processes to function without the need for collecting personal information, such as an individual’s name, email address, or contact information. That said, we do receive names and emails from our customers during the normal course of operations such as sales processing, support emails, requests for quotes, etc.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us, and we do not engage in the distributing, selling, or renting of any personal information.
For the minimal personal identifiable information we do encounter, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. We follow industry best practices to ensure that information is handled in a safe, compliant, and professional way.
This information may be processed through normal business usage of third party services such as Google Analytics, Hubspot CRM, and other similar services. Our use of these services is purely as a consumer of said services, and not part of a greater data sharing initiative. In order to remain a trusted and responsible partner, we go to great lengths to ensure those parties also process any personal identifiable information responsibly.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our business processes are explicitly designed to facilitate a one-way flow of confidential information away from our business. That means that there are rarely any cases in which we receive, let alone store or process, sensitive customer information.
In the event that sensitive information does need to be shared, we first qualify the situation before taking on the burden of this additional information. Should the circumstances merit the sharing of said information, we will then engage in the appropriate agreements (Non-Disclosure, Data Protection, etc) before any information can be shared.
Regardless of circumstance, we take all commercially reasonable measures to protect any sensitive information encountered relating to the use of our Services. We use industry-standard security practices to safeguard against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of any information that may be collected inadvertently. Where applicable we strive to follow best practices, such as Principle of Least Access, and model our processes after governance frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001 / SOC 2, and more.
