Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between you and HeroDevs, the Agreement found under the Current Terms of Service section shall apply to net-new and renewal purchases made on, or after, July 1, 2024. If you received an Order Form, or purchased prior to July 1, 2024, please see the Terms of Service History section for the applicable terms related to your purchase from HeroDevs.
