Internal Release Tooling: This release fixes failures surrounding built version numbers that some users may have experienced in Nuxt 2 NES versions 2.18.2 and 2.18.3.
@nuxt/babel-preset-app: This published subpackage did not include unbundled source files due to a npm publish misconfiguration. Specifically, `src/polyfills-plugin.js` was not included.
This release contains no functional changes from the Open Source version of Nuxt 2.17.3.
Nuxt 2 EOL was announced at this point, but the team was still making changes. For people who were adopting Nuxt 2 NES before June 30th, 2024, version allows them to do that.
